2019年12月12日上午，中国国际商会建设行业商会与深圳市华美盛业投资发展有限公司签定了战略合作协议。中国国际贸易促进委员会建设行业分会（中国国际商会建设行业商会）秘书长采明勇，华美集团董事长张焕祥，董事、副总经理王莹和谭凯，项目组周建民、徐泽樟、冯金勇等参加了会议。
此次签约，中国国际商会建设行业商会授予深圳市华美盛业投资发展有限公司"中国国际商会建设行业商会创会会长"称号，支持和协助深圳华美组建"国际集成建筑（装配式建筑）行业信息与交易大数据中心"，推动建立行业供应链综合运营和服务体系；充分利用国家政策优势，逐步推进建设国内外示范基地、产业园等业务发展。
会议上双方代表从政策、法规、市场、经贸活动、投资、金融、科技、教育、文化等方面进行了充分的交流，确定了第一阶段的行动计划，推动中国建设行业"产业链、集群式"走向国际市场。
